We have noticed less itching. Hopefully, this is a long term solution.
Both of my dogs (big and little) really like this. It's soooo much easier than giving fish oil capsules. The big dog won't eat them unless I coat them in pumpkin. The little dog just has to take them into the dining room and eat them over the rug. Deluxe Naturals is more expensive but much more trouble free. I'm on my 4th or 5th bottle.
I like that I can use this for both my cats and my dog. They won't eat it plain but if I mix it into their wet foods they have no problem eating it. My sensitive dog has a healthier coat and skin is clear. The cats have less dander.

He is usually very picky about any changes to his food. He didn't even notice and has been eating fine. Still too soon to see any results but I believe this will only benefit him in the long run.
It is really high quality fish oil. My cat is really picky and I was a little hesitant to try it. But he has no problem with it, I put some on top of his food
